If you’re like I was when I wanted to quit smoking, you’re probably overwhelmed by too much information.

You search online, check books, talk to friends, and ask your doctor for advice.

New supposed solutions seemed to appear constantly, but disappeared just as quickly when they failed to deliver.

Most products seemed more interested in my money than in helping me quit.

After all the confusion, I kept delaying quitting, waiting for a perfect moment that never came.

All I wanted was a clear, practical method to quit smoking for good.

My health and wallet were suffering from smoking, so I was motivated to make a positive change; I’m sure you are too.

I already knew smoking was bad for me (I hadn’t been living under a rock for the past 30 years).

Yes, I also knew smoking caused cancer, heart disease and a hundred more life-threatening illnesses.

Once, I stuck warnings from cigarette packs in my car, but quickly stopped noticing them.

I think you must get some sort of blindness to the information you would rather not know.

This website isn’t here to list out every possible disease smoking might or might not cause you; we’ll take it as read that’s the number one reason why you want to quit smoking.

This website is here to guide you to successfully quit smoking and stay smoke-free for good.

I want you to be able to look in the mirror and smile at yourself and say:

“My friends and family never thought it was possible for me to quit smoking for good, but I won through, I really did do it.”

* It would have been terrible to have failed, yet again!

I remember trying to quit and hearing colleagues doubt I could do it, and laughing at my efforts.

So, why should you listen to me?

Here’s what I can offer you: a clear, proven approach that can make a real difference in your journey to quit smoking.

I’m not going to give you chapter and verse about all my trials and tribulations to become a non-smoker; you don’t need or want that, I’m sure.

I will give you a few basic facts about myself:

⧫ I used to smoke 80/100 cigarettes a day; weekends and parties probably more (yes, 5 packs).

⧫ Ever since the day I quit smoking, I have never had one cigarette, not even one!

⧫ I have been a non-smoker for more than 20 years now.

⧫ I really believe that had I not quit smoking when I did, I would probably be dead by now or, at the very least, in extremely poor health.

So, on a brighter note, if I managed to quit smoking, I’m sure you can; actually, I’m certain of it.

This website is going to outline exactly how to quit smoking. There is no magic or jiggery-pokery in these methods at all, so just relax and be prepared to quit the evil weed.

If you follow the advice on this website you will become a *non-smoker, I firmly believe that.

* Notice I say you will be a non-smoker, not someone who is an ex-smoker; there is a subtle, important difference.
